Terms & Conditions


Thank you for joining After School Clubs with Tactile Arts!

Classes are designed to aid your child’s creative development and learn more about the creative arts, whilst having fun and trying new techniques & processes.

Our clubs are booked on a first come, first served basis and places are allocated according to availability. 

These Terms and Conditions are for the use of our services, including but not limited to educational, recreational, or extracurricular activities for children, events, and camps.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be agreed to by parents upon booking, and they will apply once they are published.


Payment & refunds:

Payment is taken before the sessions start, in a block booking. The course is for the full term, and booking is for classes for the duration. Paying weekly isn’t available for this course. 

You are able to cancel your place within 14 days of booking, on the condition that this is more than two weeks before the course starts. All bookings are non-refundable after this two week period, or after the course has started. 

Unfortunately no refunds or credits can be issued for individual sessions missed, including for illness & any other reasons.


Safety:

Please provide us with emergency contact details before the course starts - name & contact number. 

If there are any special requirements for your child, please notify us before the course starts.

Please provide your child with a painting shirt or apron. The club is not liable for any paint spills etc that may occur.


Behaviour expectations:

We expect all children to behave respectfully towards our staff, instructors, and fellow participants. If a child’s behavior is disruptive or unsafe, Tactile Arts reserves the right to remove them from the club.

Parents/guardians will be notified of any behavior concerns, and we may request a meeting to discuss a course of action.


COVID & Additional T&C’s

In the event that our session leader tests positive for COVID-19, we will notify all parents via the track and trace system, and will provide an alternative leader for the sessions. If sessions have to be cancelled in school for this reason, we will deliver missed sessions online via Zoom. These sessions will be non refundable but you will have the option of alternative dates & times.


In the event that a lockdown happens - either local or national - or in the event that school/Art Club classes have to close for any other reason, the classes will be completed online via Zoom or will be rearranged to another date. We will endeavour for the classes to be completed on the same day as Art Club usually is. These classes will be non-refundable but you will have the option of alternative times & dates if the allocated time does not suit.

In the event that school closes for any other reason and we are unable to deliver the session in school on another date or via Zoom, we will offer a credit for the missed session.
